you are confusing slave mentality with racism.
do you think most of the Management who got this position is due to their hard work or even smart work.
they have just got the position as mentioned in main comment "bootlicking"
dig a little deeper you will see they have referred each other as they have been in the same cradle in past.
In India we are asked to work without question or reflected badly in their group therapy session called as Management meetings
