I have worked with many good Russian employees over the years. I also know many good Ukrainian staff too. They have been a pleasure to work with. It does have me worried what the impact of the invasion of Ukraine will have on these good people. Will we exit the business due to sanctions levied upon Russia? I fear this will cause major layoffs.
