It is absolutely impossible to be fully productive when someone has a manager like the one I have. The atmosphere is bad. The uncertainty demoralizes and demotivates. I am effectively productive for no more than two hours. This is a company that drains its employees and works against itself.

Iam as productive as i can be.No matter what i do.Metrics are flawed,always have been to an extent does not matter the company.We have people who rely on us truly.In the end that is all that matters.This wont continue forever,it cant.Look at Charter they hired anyone who was worth a grain of salt and starved out their contractors.Keep the faith my brothers and sisters,a better day will come.

Productive? Who's productive? Nobody gives a sh-t about this job anymore. Come in, do the bare minimum and go home. It is f--king pointless to do anything more than that.
