Is a cl@$$ action l@wsuit a possibility? I heard management sent down the wire to recruit and retain young, malleable college kids …let middle age leave or find a way to RIF them. Any truth? How many over 5@ got riffed.

Wait, are there employees under 50 that still work here?
They made that same offer at the end of 2020 (over 55 / 10+ yrs with the company). People jumped at it then as well.
They offered an early retirement scheme for anyone over 55 with ten years of tenure.
Many people took it immediately. Most of the UK tech team for example and several sales guys who couldn’t stand the idea of not selling tin anymore.
Big mistake - never to be repeated. Now it’s focus on expensive (senior) people who are considered expendable and where their manager is accountable for the choice and action.
Didn't they offer a package to employees over 50 a couple of years ago? If that's not saying "we want the expensive old timers gone", I don't know what is.
You would need internal communications to make a case though.
