There are so much back-stabbings in this toxic environment that my co-workers are leaving soon.

Leaving GA was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. GA didn't care one bit when I left, and yes I was a "high performer". The company is filled with tons of people who seemingly skate by and do nothing and a few high performers who work their as--s off and do the majority of the work. That being said, I loved GA and felt it was my home, but things had gotten so bad I felt it was time to go so I left.

I left for one of the big defense companies and quickly quickly come to realize that it is soooo much better. Long time GA employees have been indoctrinated that we were the best and it would always be good, the harsh reality is so different and what a rude awakening it is. The major loss if contracts is a bitter pill and unfortunately, the writing has been on the wall for years, but management has failed to proactively act.

The way GA's management has treated the employees, Karma has finally caught up to them.

I hope news like this bring closure to all the talents that are no longer with GA. Best to you all.
