Even those whom I thought would stay here for a long time are leaving now. I think this says a lot about the current state of United health. Not only those who are completely undervalued here are leaving the company, but also those who were very comfortable here. Will our leadership do anything to stop it?

Absolutely agree!! Have been a Manager for years with this company, I just finally got the confidence and self respect to submit my resignation today . Let’s see if they cut me off prior to my 3 week notice . So very sad to leave my AMAZING team but I can not deal with the disrespect and set ups for failure, with my upper leadership. Shame on them ..
can’t believe UHG is now forcing us back into the office when most companies are struggling to retain their employees! UHG doesn’t care about us. It pays way lower than inflation rate and a pitiful amount for bonus. Can’t wait to submit my resignation and jump to somewhere respects its employees
Nothing will change until the workers make them change. Leave or strike. Do something! You don’t have to put up with this!
Nope they will not change. Bare minimum while your looking. Sorry not sorry to your coworkers and boss even if great people. We're all in the same boat.
Five years in for me and I’ve started looking elsewhere for the first time. I thought I’d work here until I “retired” but executive leadership is tone deaf, excitedly talking about their large bonuses when the majority of us got peanuts, if anything. I believe middle management cares but, their hands are tied, can’t do much without upper management approval.
We’re obviously just a number to them and that’s okay. However, I’m not compensated fairly enough to stay, another company will likely treat me the same but, will pay according to wage inflation. I can no longer be loyal to a company that repeatedly shows me the feeling is NOT mutual. Thankful for the experience, the knowledge, the relationships but, they’ve once again told me they don’t care about my financial well-being. I’ll listen to them this time.
Lots of great jobs in the marketplace. Use Linkedin to attract recruiters. Have your profile updated and "open to work"box checked. It's Invisible to everyone but recruiters.
You don't have to put the banner on your profile. Been getting repeated hits from recruiters. They are specifically targeting us as UHC employees.
I wonder why? Hmmm
Nope. And the burning question asked in Andrew Witty’s fireside chat today was what is his favorite sport to watch in the Olympics.
