How many fewer employees will the Marathon have after the bonus is paid out?

Why would the union deal cause a delay for the ACB program? I imagine that would only sc--w with the refinery based bonuses.
April 1 for bonus payout unless delayed by union deal making.
I was going to hold out but the recent info about lifting the mask mandate shows they don't care. They'll use it as an excuse to take away the last of the work from home opportunities. Place is a joke
Started sending out my resume at the start of the year, have had a few interviews, hope to get a few offers soon. Doing my best to time it just right so I get my bonus then give notice once it hits my account.
I wish we knew when bonuses were coming out. I am planning to leave and I may not even give two weeks and will just vacation out until I get my bonus and quit. Sure know that management doesn't deserve two weeks.
