Mark Palomba needs to go, he has no business in ‘leading’ the channel, he has no idea what he’s doing and doesn’t care about anyone apart from himself.
And there should be a cleanup in the Workspace leadership, who could not figure out what to do with a franchise that had a near monopoly on customers... Ge-z... If there is not a "what do not do" business case for an MBA school here...
All the elt need to go. They do not seem to understand the business and what customers need. Hence no new business. Just financial engineering. AS made mistakes (because he doesn’t understand the business) but he did not act alone. All the tot and board supported him. Or was there a lot of in fighting we are not privy to
Change my mind. But this is the view of the entire field team at Citrix. The elt have no credibility with the employees.
I’m sure the elt will drift off to pastures new with golden parachutes all but trust have made a mess of this company.
