Given the overall situation in the company, it really surprises me that even more people are not leaving. Most of my colleagues could easily get a job elsewhere but very few are actually deciding to leave. I have no explanation for that because the market is very hot.

RSU vesting window is around the corner. Expect folks not to leave money on the table.
Some like myself are in our notice period - soon linkedin will be full of new adventures, exciting journeys, and next chapters.
Many people are scared, it’s what keeps them frozen. Don’t want to jump from bad to worse.
Most Citrites left are ok coasting and doing the minimum, and they don't want to go out of their comfort zone.
RSUs for me.
Wait until April/May. Lots of folks waiting on RSUs to vest on April 1st. Personally, I have seen more people leave other teams in the last month vs the last 3 years combined. Although, in my immediate team no one has left yet. I think the peak will be May and then calm down until we get to the merger.
