So many folks have been laid off or fired that I don't see how we could have any more layoffs. I know our management is not the brightest, but even they know that you need SOME employees for the job to get done. It's more likely that we'll see more hiring to compensate for the attrition before they even consider more cuts.

They have been beyond the bone and into the marrow for a while. Operations will fall apart at some point.

They have thousands of Indians making $5/hour.
They just need a small team of Americans to answer the phones and visit customers.
I worked on one project where I automated a process that resulted in Being 40% under budget on using outsourced employees. The project manager was reprimanded because his boss was being evaluated on how many Indian hours he used.
