I was discriminated against last week and twice. Where to get help?

Contacting the Conduent Ethics Hotline is like asking Satan for Salvation.
You can contact the internal ethics hotline for assistance. You can find the contact information on the Conduent Life at work website under the tab for resources.
Why do you assume the alleged discrimination was racist? It could have been based on age, gender etc.
Have proof? If so report it to the EEOC. Also make sure you at least send a note to HR so you have proof of that you reported and nothing was done. Get the person on tape being racist and hopefully you have some emails. Have others that are willing to come forward and support your claim.
