I joined eight months ago. I'm going to make sure I don't see my first anniversary here. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for when it comes to the work environment and company culture. If they paid better I might consider staying, but as it is, I'm out the first chance I get.

Must have been easily fooled into joining in the 1st place. Surely you read this page before you joined and put 1 & 1 together? Don't tell me you didn't do any due diligence?
Also, hardly any stock options so not much incentive to stay compared to other companies/startups.
Clearly reads the room well. A very wise decision. I did the same.
