Deadlines are getting shorter. It's not that managers don't know how long it will take to get something done. I think they know that very well. It's more likely that they are testing our tolerance limits?
So I decided not to exhaust myself anymore. Now I am completely desensitized to deadlines because I do not intend to be here for long.

Get out! The market is hot! Lots of tech companies doing great now and paying bonuses over 100%. Citrix is only going to get worse. There is nothing left at Citrix and no point to join Citrix or stay.
I’m getting out ASAP. Multiple interviews coming up this week. Simple as that - frankly in this market, I don’t understand why anyone (except managers milking it while they can) would stay here at this point. Waiting around for a few months redundancy is counterproductive as it will make it harder to get back in and you will lose some of your bargaining power. It’s flawed logic.
