What is OP&OO all about? I heard Care was impacted by RIFs this month, and both, Care and Inside Sales are in the process of consolidating their ops teams into one, plus individual roles are yet to be defined .... Clear as mud...More layoffs on the horizon?

super suspect to see all this down voting - whose behind the down voting?... was not always like this... social media bots, do this nonsense is my guess. So obvious on this thread where the comments are informational mostly. They work hard to keep this machine rolling.
There are absolutely more layoffs coming. Be prepared for October.
I am one of those people who was told my job is changing on the 27th but I still have no idea as to what it’s changing to. I was told I’d be working on care, prepaid, cfs and retail. But that’s it.
Saw this coming long ago, telesales will be care, care will be telesales!! Both selling, and they will do to telesales commission what they did to retail !
