They claim to be LGBTQ and women friendly . . . However; all the women at the top are White. Why aren't there any Black, Asian or Indian females in the C Suite?

Short answer: NO.
Cliff is known for the “Aryans” he has brought along from BAC to Ally to Fiserv to Conduent. They even look alike.
Why would a senior female executive or LGBTQ member leave a nice role at a great company to join Conduent? Bigger Salary and Title….
Only to be fired because they don’t fit in with Cliff and team? And blamed for companies struggles???
I got examples …. Brian Walsh (LGBTQ) … Mike Burns (African American) ….
