Working in Lowe's has never been or meant to have been good for the employee; it is and always was about what the associate can do for the store. Nowadays, with 10 hour shifts they are taking more of your home life and making the home vs. work balance even more uneven in favor of the store. This will be it for me; if it was like this when I started, I doubt if I would have been here this long but now the place has outlived its usefulness to me. - quote @hqdmr+XVMOnO1
I share this poster's opinion. I stayed here for 7 years, but if I had only gotten a job recently, I would probably only have stayed for a month.
