With all that work load, will they increase the salaries with the new program. Will they also alternate the associates that get chosen to be cashier to alleviate all that work that the merchandisers do. I'm not clear how it's going to be.

I am just watching the show. Every week they hire new people and new Captains and most of them leave in a few days or after a week. One person quit after the first day.
Macy’s would be be better off paying current employees more instead of hiring youngsters and paying them more than current employees. When these kids see the work that is expected they say oh he-l no.
This is better than watching a sitcom. 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
Macy’s senior management is so out of touch with reality.
They are offering new hires more money to try to lure them in (some support captains are starting at $20-22/ hour). But that doesn't mean associates who've been there for years are going to get bumped up to those rates.
Macy’s will continue until May to pay new hires $3.00 to $6.00 more than they do their loyal long term
employees. This is typical of this unethical company that we work for.
Jeff Gannett and his lieutenants will take their multi million dollar bonuses agin this year as they strategize to cut our hours from 40 to 28.
No. Macy’s will continue to treat the wrong people right and the right people wrong.
No.
