BCG is full of useless leeches. Their "ideas" are universally short sighted, have no chance of strengthening the company long term. They're professional "Bobs", nothing more.
The sad thing is the company has willfully ejected and is still hemorrhaging talent because of the chaos these incompetent consultants have created.

Boston Consulting Group has destroyed Kroger. It will fail due to devalueing the true strength of any company, its employees. Flashy feel good videos do not make up for poor working conditions and bad policies. Carl Icahn is right, the culture needs to change. The customers and the employees should be at the forefront of decisions and invested in accordingly. Shareholders are ephemeral and have no loyalty.
