Thread regarding Conduent layoffs

Aversion to skilled people

Not only do those who are knowledgeable and high performers have more work to do, but they are exposed to much more pressure due to micromanagement, exposed to more criticism, and so on.

I sometimes feel bad when I see how my superiors treat the colleagues who deserve that kind of treatment the least here.

What is the problem? Aversion to people who are more competent than their superiors or what?

Conduent does not have an aversion to skilled people.

Conduent has an aversion to paying skilled people.

Cliff wants collaboration yet he wanted to make team members attest if they took an experimental vaccine which causes heart problems and possibly AIDS. Forgive these people and let Karma handle it. Be happy and be positive. Go to Church, be good to others, party and be kind. Try to be an Angel - not a Demon. Be strong and rise above. After all, it's just a job and the Lord has plans for you.
