A VP of Service Design resigns today.An AVP of HR gone also today. Why stay working for a Berkshire Hathaway company? Grandpa needs paid. I’m guessing there are several that aren’t feeling very well protected this evening with the changes to come……

BNSF records show a 2021 profit of 6 - 13 % .
That's billions of $$$ .
So whatever they're doing , they're doing it off of those that are there now , not of those who have left or been fired .
Profits are good for Ft.Worth, new white hats , new vehicles are coming .
Anyone with a sense of dignity has long since resigned. Quit after 7 years of service as an exempt. Work/life balance is better on the outside and pay is comparable.
FYI, leadership in Ft Worth does monitor this page.
@McSnitchy, they can't afford to fire anyone with the amount of people that have already quit.
