What happened to the growth? Revenue is decreasing by $200 Million in 2022. Cliff is saying it is due to COVID stimulus going away. What the heck is the Sales team doing besides getting paid. What a train wreck … Conduent is supposed to be growing not shrinking …

Having held a high-ranking position at this company, I must state that it is currently experiencing a state of disrepair. The fact that there have been several lawsuits filed against the company is telling in itself. A simple online search for "conduents Lawsuits" will reveal more information on this issue. Additionally, there are several other problems, such as investors pulling out and those who remain setting deadlines. Not many signs of a good future for this company mostly due to poor management. sorry for the bad news!
The issues is a years long lack of talent and competence across management in all areas. This has lead to and erosion of the competency of staff, via attrition, layoffs, and outsourcing to meet short term goals. It is a dumpster fire of managerial incompetence and now incpompetence on staff. If you value competency and recognition for merit over DEI and being a sycophant, run the other way.
Looks like management is taking a hard look at its book of business, avoiding growth at all costs mentality in favor of better margins. On the surface, slow growth doesn’t look great, but dig deeper and see that the company will only succeed by pursing profitable activity.

The Randall Kings 1/2 day staff calls where garbage. This dude thinks that he himself can bring in Revenue just by doing cr---y interviews. He has no connections in the industry. The guy has an average undergraduate education and no advanced degree. He has NO history of ever executing a turnaround. Randall hired a bunch of his friends that did a really bad job of managing the business and he ended up both blaming and firing them. Randall is all about self preservation. He brought in this lady Diane Mcksweeney who had no idea how call centers worked. She let lose 10s of millions of dollars and Randall stuck with here and tried to have a Guatemalan employee making 1/3 her salary run her business for her. That guy is hot garbage … I ran away from that place
Randall King acts and talks like a GOD! If the board would listen to just one of his staff calls or all hands they would know it is everything that will take to being down the company. We get it he “owns” 60% of the company but without staff who want to join in your success you will fail. He is the face of demotivating. Blames management for staff leaving. Promises Cliff growth of 3% without even knowing the business he manages
