In my 15 years of employment, I'm yet to run into a company with worse culture. It didn't take me long to realize that coming here was a mistake but what can I say, the money was better than my previous job and I thought that was the most important thing at the time. I've learned since that it's not. Now I'm looking for a way out, even if it comes with lower pay.
