Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

Why is Joe staying?

Just curious, Joe came to a blooming place, stock at all time high, Eng is hiring like crazy, adding 600 new hires, big acquisition in the works (Wrike) and potential to grow.
On the contrary, 2021 was well on the downhill, with all of the above, PE, Eng are resigning like never before, layoffs, hire freeze, Wike was a joke and the growth turned into a lean product portfolio.
What leader would tolerate this?

Curious. Did JK or anyone else for that matter, ever mention the strategy at the GEM?

If not, what replaces their strategic direction besides getting acquired?

Serious question

You have seen the vision, Citrix being acquired. I doubt JK will go anywhere after SolarWinds.

@1lhp+1fl5dfzB That’s just the layoff bonus. He has over 10 million total.

JK has $2M reasons to stay

But you would have thought the board would have given JK the $2M “after” he came up with his strategic vision.

Has anyone seen his strategic vision?

What has he done since he came to Citrix? What substantial change or improvement? Nothing that I'm aware of.

Yeah, his handshake is enormous. Now more than ever since PJ got the boot. He gets his share as well.
