They wont be hiring in the US. Likely hire in other countries. That was their goal from the beginning. I can tell you that in the Support area they havent hired a US person in a very long time. Its all India and Costa Rica.
They have not said such a thing. We don’t know anything about the future compensation plans under the new management.
They are offering static cash bonus that vest like RSU instead
