Probably Prada
Due to the price of the pump for my guzzling GTs, I had to redistribute some things around and to help cover average bonuses. Therefore, the majority of those who earned real merit raises and promotions will get (real inflation minus 50% pay adjustments).

Raises are a joke at MRO 3-5% when inflation is at 7.5% and no raises the past two years and loss of LTIP for those under grade 14. I suspect there will be a bunch of people leaving for companies that value their employees not just their shareholders. Then more work will be out on those that stay and they will eventually leave.
True about the performance part, but it’s not about the managers, it about kissing the VP a$$. Most managers have almost zero input,
it’s a cast system. very little to do with actual performance. all about where your manager fits in the cast society.
