because the voice of the talented and skilled ones is not being heard here at all. This company has become a source of talent for other companies. However, there is hope.. Many those who were undervalued here have progressed very quickly in their new companies. Why would anyone waste their time here?

Same. Already interviewing with a couple of big named organizations. The market is healthy at the moment so best to take advantage now. This is a sinking ship.
