I know Acosta was never the perfect workplace, but it was much, much better than it is now. Somewhere in the last decade or so things started to take a turn for the worse and it never stopped. No wonder so many people are leaving. There's no reason to stay. Pay, benefits, chances of advancement, culture, all of it has gone down the drain. I've been looking for something better as well, and I know many more who are doing the same. If things don't improve, soon there'll be nobody worth their salt left.

Was this a dedicated team ? or a merch team?
Today, 2/24/2022 many acosta employees received 45 min notice to be on a Zoom call. The call told them all that their position was eliminated and they would receive either a job offer for a lesser role or a severance package. I am still waiting on my offer over 12 hours after the call.
