It was made very clear that contractors might get hired back on as contractors in the future. But Frontier's new goal is only keeping as much money in their pocket as possible. If you're a contractor looking for experience... great. If you're looking for a nice full-time job and you are taking a contract spot in hopes to get hired full-time, look somewhere else.

But thats the whole point of contractors... Why would anyone go into a contracting role expecting a permanent full time job?
