Working there doing nothing - good base salary - if thats the way you want to treat me ok I don't give a sh..t let me know when you want to let me go
it's always going to be with cause - my lawyer is correct, look it up

Why the sky-high multiplier?
Because it's cheaper than giving out raises that match inflation, that's why!
AM is just doing the barest minimum to keep us from leaving in droves.
Just wait till they start having different multipliers for the US and Canada!
And can you guess which one would subsidize the other?
Of course if your a contractor, it really doesn't matter........
