Ahahaha 1.93x STIP, 10 year high. All accomplished with everyone who can, working remotely. Good luck convincing us we need to be in the office.

Why the sky-high multiplier?
Because it's cheaper than giving out raises that match inflation, that's why!
AM is just doing the barest minimum to keep us from leaving in droves.
Just wait till they start having different multipliers for the US and Canada!
And can you guess which one would subsidize the other?
Of course if your a contractor, it really doesn't matter........
