I can't wait to be extinct. The world has gone woke. It's impact is unproven, unpredictable and has nothing to do with being able to work effectively. I feel bad for the kids. All because companies know it's profitable. DEI is a cancer.

I’m sure ADP is freaking out about this as it is no secret internally the company is 100% guilty of this as well. ADP probably did it worse to be honest.
Hopefully this IBM case can open the door for long overdue media spotlight into the company’s disastrous handling of layoffs, recent furloughs, promotions, demotions, relos, VERPs, offshores, and everything in between.
There’s a reason why ADP is on the front page of this Layoff website yet it’s impossible to read from Google anything other than positive propaganda. Society is changing and the people are waking up. Just keep calm and seeing how this all plays out folks.. won’t be pretty when all is revealed.
