I guess I'm lucky because I really can’t say anything bad about SM and ASM in our store. We have a lot of other problems but no bullying. I trust people who say that their SMs and ASMs do not lead but only bully, but also I know for a fact that some people say for their bosses that they are bullies just because they did not allow them to be lazy and do nothing all day long. I'm really interested in experiences of those of you who are harassed by SMs and ASMs.

Lowes doesn't promote or hire true leaders. It's about nepotism or kissing major a-s. Dat you posting Marv?
True leaders don't bully. They motivate and earn respect.
