Can anyone share what 100% PIR for P&T JG4 in NL would be? Would really appreciate the insight!
US P&T Upstream Technical, JG2 - $278,000
JG5 US Downstream: 2020, 2021, 2022 100% PIR = 125k, cola increase this year = 0.00%

JG4 in Canada is 100%=$150K. PTL's(production team leads) are this I do believe.

Are you sure it is not $150K? I don't understand why Finance would be lower than any of the other Global Functions.

How is 100% PIR JG6 only $89,000 when JG4 is $150,000? Thought the JGs were 20% apart. In the first case JG5 100% PIR would be $125,000 (fantastic). In the second case, 100% PIR JG5 would only be $106,800 (not bad, but not fantastic). That is a huge difference. I'm a G so don't have a PIR. Very curious what JG5 100% PIR USA is for Downstream Commercial.

I don't think the PIRs moved at all, at least not in my case.
