14 days till Bonus Day. Then the resignations start. And today's disorganisation will seem like the good old days.

Company is too afraid of going to court. They aren’t going against a pay policy and shorting you a bonus.
There are going to be a few leaving but I don’t think the floodgates are going to open. Managers will yawn, keep a few more of the JG99s, and maintain their headcount. I’m not sure if they understand capability beyond job grade.
For the HR-lifer cubicle lawyers on the thread…of course people are going to wait until the bonus hits the bank. We didn’t get to this point without a lot of erosion of trust.
You can resign today and you’ll still get your bonus. If you can’t read a pay policy I doubt you’ll be missed.
I cannot believe companies are still paying bonuses. If all decided not to pay then no place would be any better than the next. But that might be collusion.
I’m pretty certain you can resign today and still receive your bonus…
