The best of the best are long gone. Conduent did its best to get rid of the most talented ones who otherwise might have stayed here longer. I don’t know how is the situation on your team, but we are missing some of those people a lot. My team is now completely different after this company decided that they do not need some of the most knowledgeable people we had.

Done by design. People jocking or wanting to maintain their fiat based leadership roles are threatened by high performers. The high performers are good until they want more than they push them away. No wonder the stock price can't achieve the target of $7.50.
