I happened to eavesdrop on a LL5 and LL4. I am almost sure I heard "that's over I think, the rest are happy to bend over".
I don't know what context this was in but my hunch is it was about people fleeing Ford. But I also think, if that was the case, they would have stopped talking when they heard me, right?. I don't know. But just wanted to put it out there.

Ford is like a multi-level marketing firm, like Amway. Folks at the bottom do all the back breaking work and the upper levels profit, while doing no work at all.
The LL6's + work at home too. That is not the reason.
LL5+ do even less and got 135%. Original poster is on crack.
