Yes, they pay out half of your PTO balance if you're based in FL and get severance. Some states legally require a 100% PTO payout, but FL isn't one of them.
Sorry off-topic question, but are leaves encashed when we leave. Have heard its half of what's balance, depends on state (maybe). Can anyone confirm for FL?
