They are posted on the compensation website. 1.5% raises to midpoints. What inflation? What a joke.

Who even cares about the midpoint when MPC is so d*** stingy about raises that whatever you get is more than 100% eaten by inflation (every year).
Hasn't it been that meager for years now regardless of how the company performs.
The further away from OH the lower your raise. I think everyone gets a big fat raise but it just happens to shrink when it travels. Going all the way to Texas causes it to shrivel up and it completely evaporates by the time it gets to Alaska and California.
Gotta pay for all those expensive new hires somehow!
Why is anyone surprised? This company has always been cheap where it mattered. Valero and P66 aren’t giving out pennys this year! Anyone who decides to stay with this company…
Whoa! Half what the union gets? Was it an all time best profit year or something. So generous.
Hey at least Hennigan got his 80k for private plane, 12k for private security (we all know why), and he-l he got 4K for physicals. They really do care about their employees though.
