who did the reviewing here? because with employee attrition, poor pay and benefits, it's more like a mediocre place to work.

layoffs are going on, Brian MacDonald hacking entire departs and not asking managers who to keep or let go, having HR do his dirty work. CDK stopped being a Great Place To Work as soon as They replaced B.K. with B.M.
Under the new ELT nd CEO, it is now a cr---y place to work.
Does anyone have a source for this dissatisfaction? Glassdoor says a far different picture than the negative one painted here.

No, not name calling - an accurate description. Disgruntled and sacked Keyloop employees have been whining for months now, but CDK itself has nothing to do with what Keyloop does.
But hey, keep whining - it's not a good look for you guys to do it, but it is a free country, after all.
