The people at the top of this company are out of their minds. Every decision they make creates more anger and discontent in the stores. It’s absolutely outrageous that an ASM is getting $6000 and a full time associate is getting $800. It’s insane. Are you actually telling me that our ASMs do over 6x the work as a full time associate? They’re worth more than 6x of a sales specialist or a full time Appliance associate?

Oh, by the way, I’m posting this while on the job. If I’m only getting $800 then I’m going to sit on my a$$ in the office just like they do. Maybe my pay will go up.
