If I had a nickel for every time I heard f*** those Indians while on the job, I could retire in comfort. The boys on the plm and in the terminals are racist as f. Couple hours of sh---y training ain’t going to change that.

Don't exactly have to go back 200 years. Besides, you don't have to be the perpetrator of a wrongdoing to be a beneficiary of it.
And that's all I have to say about that.
Why do we need to be tested and graded?
Lets move forward!!! I am sympathetic, and paying fiscally, but NOT responsible for what happened 200 years ago!!!
The board needs the training, not the employees.
