The acting provost of OUHSC has promised he will reduce staff at every college by at least 20 staff per college. He plans to retool the campus for mostly public health related activities and set priority on his expertise. He said there are plenty of other medical colleges specializing in medical education and Oklahoma right now needs a public health oriented university.
