There are people here who are very unhappy in this company but are not looking for a new job. That's really weird. They spend time trying harder and harder (as if the situation at TD will change for the better), but they do not invest even half an hour a day in looking for a new job. I hope, however, that there are more of those who are wiser about managing their time, that is, working the bare minimum and spending more energy on job hunting?

Just laying low collecting a good wage until I hit retirement. I work my own hours. Why be hating on colleagues? They've all got different reasons for working here. Just because you are stuck in a dead end job doesn't mean others are.
Running out the clock to retirement. Not interested in starting over with a new gig and having to learn new skills that take stress levels beyond those of eating a pb&j at your home office desk. That’s why.
im just doing the bare minimum to keep my job and im still getting decent raises/bonuses. I work about 4 hours a day then do my own consultant work on the side. Way more money consulting!
One of the big 3 - We're hiring BIG time - lots of jobs and roles. Shame I cannot say who I work for or post all the roles that are out there. I'm referring candidates on a regular basis and they are welcome...
That's because people who are still at Teradata can't find jobs elsewhere cause their skills have stagnated.
