As an AE I hit my numbers easily last year. 4 new logos, no erosion and a win back of a customer I picked up who tried to run the workload on a competitor but failed. Already bagged a new logo this year and have 8 others in my funnel. I'm running out of space to stash my commission checks

Every one of the bigger customers has offloaded data and workload to the competition and some have turned those systems off completely.
Go and ask the AE (if they are still there) or look in SFDC if you have access.
Scary stuff when you scratch under the surface. The results are just smoke and mirrors, which is why you should leave.
