So US persons are shipped off shore to a foreign country to do Moptum work? And they're overseas for a finite period to work for the company on foreign lands?

Or are the American citizens terminated, and they hire foreign labor in foreign lands because they're seen as cheap labor and they do not need benefits (their native country provide universal real health care, pensions, worker rights etc..etc..)?

Thank you for clarifications.

It's totally about the bottom line, the almighty dollar. I can tell you absolutely, from the inside, we are pushed to "Offshore" because the cost is less than half per person.

"If you have an issue with outsourcing it's a company leadership and U.S. regulatory issue. Don't take it out on the workers that are just trying to provide for their families too."

So US citizens are competing with foreigners and the foreigners can take the US jobs because they are just hard working and just trying to provide for their families too. What abt US citizen workers? What rights, protections do they have? Or is it anything goes as long as its cheap labor for the imperialistic capitalists?

"It's not outsourced, just off-shored. OGA are mostly employees of UHG, but all the reasons above for labor costs and laws are the justification."

So American employees, are "off -shored" to India? or to the Philippines, the Middle East, etc.? American workers are paid by Moptum to move to overseas and work "off-shore"? Maybe theyre not Americans?

Sounds strange.

It 's a "US regulatory issue"--the US is the people/workers. They vote for their own demise. Foreign workers are cheap labor for the capitalists. The result is US persons are laid off/terminated bc of the US hiring of cheap, foreign labor. Outsourced, off-shored, whatever--they are foreign workers, not US-ians--the corporation wants cheap labor to please the shareholders.

IT must be at least 90% outsourced, but most of my Indian co-workers are hard working and good at their jobs. If you have an issue with outsourcing it's a company leadership and U.S. regulatory issue. Don't take it out on the workers that are just trying to provide for their families too.

It's generally foreign labor ("outsourced"). They do not want US workers. They want cheap foreign labor to help with endless profiteering.

True that IT is mostly outsourced, and many we're trained by onshore.

So it's 'managed' by US-ians who are mainly braindead and got there based on nepotism and corporate simping?

No, some of it is managed in the US by id--ts who haven't got a clue what they're doing.

India, Philippines, etc. foreign, cheap labor due to very few if any real US worker rights--all in the name of endless hustling/profiteering
