How about we start promoting from within? How about we start rewarding employees who give it their all each day and provide them with an incentive to continue giving it their all? Right now, with the pay as it is and the overall lousy treatment we're getting, why would anybody do anything more than what they absolutely have to?

Worker there for 12 years, got a masters degree, applied for a position I graduated in. Was told I was not qualified. What a joke this company is!!
Best way to get promoted is to have worked with GVR or Eric somewhere before. Friends and family promotion! Belonging counts if you’re part of their group. Sad to see.
Don’t get your hopes up. There was another post that says the recent promotions due to Willis leaving were the first internal promotions to SVP in four years. Despite the numerous opportunities.
