Found out the employee surveys are not confidential , they put a list on the depot wall of names for all those that did the survey. It listed employee number and size of the coat they gave you too. Won’t give you a coat if you didn’t finish the survey. Another good reason that I have not done the survey in many years.

Which survey? Are you referring to the Heartland Service Unit survey that asked what kind of Safety Award you would prefer? Coat? Backpack? What size coat? This was never anonymous.

Kind of a negative motivator, you gotta do the survey to get a free coat. Not really a free gift then is it ?
What’s the issue here? I have never seen anyones responses posted or shared. I fill out the surveys and I am totally honest when doing them. I do these in the hope that maybe, just maybe, someone in a position of power will read it and at least consider my viewpoints.
What depot?
They never claimed they don't know who fills it out. They only claim that the employee isn't matched to the response. How many people have got run off for how they filled out the survey? None. Why are you so scared?
