When can we expect the first wave? As soon as sometime this month or will it take a while for the whole buyout thing to settle down?

The first to go will be the incompetent management failures
Nobody should be staying at Citrix. There are so many companies hiring right now- get out and take charge of your future and your career.
I’m told acquisition will be complete sometime this summer.
Based on what I have read I would look at other opportunities.
Best to take control then wait to see what happens .
I have worked in a environment with layoffs every quarter, not good
Very stressful. I do not believe Citrix will be anything like the past .
After the acquisition
At TIBCO it was a few days after Vista acquisition was completed. I would expect the same to happen at Citrix.
The next few months are going to be incredibly stressful.
