Anyone have any idea on how much our bonus will be this year?

Bad on you for retiring too soon
Yes, and retirees should get a check for all the times in past where they got screwed. Dream on, they dont care about making up for past reductions in bonus compensation. That is the whole purpose of the bonus so that compensation can be tuned to the market conditions. By the way if you don’t get a good bonus don’t take it personally.
200% would be great but don't hold your breath. I'm guessing it'll be 150%.
Your aren’t very good at math are you?
I ran numbers a while back on how much oxy would have to give us to make up for the 30% pay cut in 2020 and the 50% target bonus in 2021. It basically comes out to a 2x target bonus. I’d hope our leadership respect us enough to pay us for what we’ve been through, but I’m sure once they pay down debt and bump the dividend there won’t be enough left for the people who did the work!
When it is in the bank and you can spend it then leave. If you leave before then and don't get a bonus that is on you. There is no way I would leave until I can see the total amount in my account. No bank holds or anything else holding back the deposit.
Leave now and give the bonus back to the company so that non-employee shareholders can get their well-deserved piece of the pie.
lol
Y’all. If we left today - or tomorrow - will we still get paid out our bonus due for 2021?
OR do we have stay on until bonus payout in late February?
Do you really want employees who are only concerned about compensation? Guess the answer looking at it from a professional point of view.
You probably aren’t. The rest of us are.
I heard we were not getting a bonus and raise!

@1jgy+1fagLscr Flip side to that is it is hard to motivate if you don't pay good bonuses after they are presented when you hire on as a way to supplement a lower salary offer. Plus, it has been an up and down ride since March of 2020. There has been a lot of long hours, days, weeks since the APC acquisition. I know many that are just about burned out from the increase in workflows and the shortage of staff. If you work for Oxy just give your bonus to charity and that should help you out.
@1jgy+1fagLscr Carl, is that you?
Good. The best way to spoil a workforce is to overpay on the bonus. Just because oil prices are high doesn’t mean that employees should get a windfall. The message is “if they want more they can go elsewhere”.
Similar to the one given in 2020 (for 2019 performance, just before covid).
So, pretty good and in general above target
