Follow up from my original posting by @jko+1faTe2ZM. This is from the OSHA website:

"The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration is withdrawing the vaccination and testing emergency temporary standard issued on Nov. 5, 2021, to protect unvaccinated employees of large employers with 100 or more employees from workplace exposure to coronavirus. The withdrawal is effective January 26, 2022"
I'm not a lawyer, but you may have a legal leg to stand on if you received a notice on or after 01/26/2022.

It also looks like 16 states are filing a lawsuit for the medical mandate. Let the legal process mess begin!

Where did you hear this information? Is it from a reliable source? If so, I need to get my resume ready and start looking.

Buddy of mine still works there in PR/Media, in addition to blessing from legal, indicated that that is what they are being told. I dont know if they will announce it or not. They did indicate the time frame around late April/May. Just passing on what I heard.

LOL people worried about fake exemptions is great, what about the fake vaxxx cards because the verification process was a joke (yeah I know people there running around with them), just like the company at this point and the pandemic, it’s all so laughably d-mb I can’t believe that people are still falling for the BS. And to those saying there is no valid exemption, you literally do not deserve this country and you are a terrible person.

@ngr+1faTe2ZM The religious exemption also includes deeply held personal beliefs. Religion in the broadest sense.
This is concerning. I am vaccinated and will not be getting a booster. I doubt all the other vaccinated people at work who recently caught covid will be getting boosters either.

There are no valid exemptions anyway. Good for Hayes.

Interesting.
The Supreme Court has already placed an injunction on Biden's PO. Legally, they may be asking for a class-action lawsuit with the injunction in place. Also, exemptions are legally allowed by the Federal Government, and by Biden's original PO. So, again class-action lawsuit?
Personally, I'd love to see Raytheon get sued, and get a whole bunch of bad (and very public) PR.

I sure hope so. I work with several who got fake religious exemption s and are not religious at all. One even said they only go to church for funerals.
