Does Qualcomm need a visionary CTO? The current CTO has been happy with the status quo.
They are top at licensing qxdm.
Qualcomm doesn’t expect loyalty from employees. Qualcomm wants you to leave so they can hire a new H1B and 60% the cost they are paying you! Qualcomm’s business model is running smooth and in accordance with management’s vision.
Qualcomm is on top everywhere. That's why not able to pay good to employee and not able to increase pay. Qualcomm just expect the loyalty from employees without increasing pay.
Rent is Sky rocketing in San Diego. More than 20% rent increase v/s 2 to 3 percent pay increase. Still qualcomm expect loyalty from employees and not to leave.
You seem to be disconnected from reality! Qualcomm is at the top of its game! At the moment Qualcomm is the best commodity producer on the market… is there anyone better at the moment?
You seem to be implying Qualcomm is in a business they are unaware of…. So may I ask what business is Qualcomm in that they aren’t at the top of the heap??
